Instructions for use:
In 3-week courses.
– Rub 20 drops—diluted in one tablespoon of organic virgin hazelnut oil—onto the solar plexus, the back of the neck, the adrenal area, and the soles of the feet in the morning (or in the evening for its aphrodisiac effect).
– 1 to 2 drops on a Biopastille (Acerola, Sea Buckthorn/Bergamot, Lemon, Ginger/Cinnamon, Guarana/Lemon, Guarana/Vanilla, Orange) 3 times a day,
or in a teaspoon of organic honey (chestnut, forest, or thyme)
